Today’s most effective Executive Assistants are no longer measured simply by how much they can manage, absorb or get through in a day. The real opportunity lies in building the influence, confidence and strategic judgement to contribute at a higher level, while protecting the focus, boundaries and relationships that make sustained high performance possible.

In this practical and highly interactive masterclass, Claire Seeber will help EAs examine what it means to build genuine “career currency”: the trust, reputation, relationships and value that allow them to have greater impact within their executive partnerships and across the wider business. Participants will explore how to set strategic boundaries, communicate their value without feeling self-promotional, map and strengthen key workplace relationships, and identify the areas where their contribution can become more visible, influential and commercially relevant.

Designed specifically for modern EAs who want to move beyond being busy and become more deliberate in the way they shape their role, this session will provide practical tools, reflective exercises and real-world strategies to help participants build stronger professional confidence, increase their influence, and take greater ownership of their career trajectory.

AI is rapidly changing the way we work, but for Executive Assistants, the real opportunity is learning how to use AI as a practical advantage: to reduce repetitive work, improve preparation, strengthen follow-through, support better decision-making and create more space for higher-value contribution. 

In this practical and highly interactive masterclass, Blythe Rowe will help EAs move beyond the overwhelm, uncertainty and surface-level use of AI and begin applying it in ways that are genuinely useful to their role.

Participants will explore how to give AI the right context, ask better questions, build smarter workflows, prepare for meetings more effectively, draft and refine communications, manage competing priorities, and use AI as a thinking partner, while remaining firmly in control of quality, confidentiality and judgement.

Designed specifically for modern EAs who want to stay relevant, confident and valuable in a fast-changing workplace, this session will provide real-world tools, guided activities and practical examples that participants can take back to work immediately.

Blythe Rowe is a leadership specialist, executive coach, keynote speaker and the Founder & CEO of Human Incite. Known for her energy, humour and practical, straight-talking style, Blythe works with organisations to build stronger leaders, more connected teams and cultures where people are equipped to speak up, adapt and perform under pressure.
