Claire Seeber is many things: a career coach, leadership expert, author, speaker, and proud sausage dog mum. She’s also one of Australia’s most in-demand voices, helping individuals lead in work and life, without selling their souls in the process.
Claire has supported thousands of professionals worldwide in navigating the tricky intersection of ambition, leadership and identity. Claire brings over 17 years of experience across business, HR and communications, and has worked with some of the world’s most well-known organisations, including NBC Universal, Mineral Resources, CEOs for Gender Equity, Superdry, Colgate-Palmolive and Chevron.
She’s the author of the award-nominated book Less Hustle, More Happy, and a finalist in both the 2025 Australian Career Book Awards and Goody Book Awards. Claire is also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Future Female Leaders, an organisation on a mission to ignite the potential of 10,000 young women by 2030.
