Summit and masterclass terms and conditions

Once registered for a summit or masterclass, we will send you a receipt and confirmation email within 24 hours. If you’re unable to pay by credit card at the time of booking, you are able to request an invoice, payable 14 days from the date of booking. We do not charge surcharges for credit card payments. All payments must be received by the event date. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the event if payment has not been received.

Cancellations & substitutions

In the event you are unable to attend the event you are registered for, a replacement delegate may be sent in your place at no penalty. There will be no refunds given under any circumstances.

ThinkTank Media will endeavour to ensure that this event program advertised at the time of booking is correct. ThinkTank Media reserves the right to alter the program or venue prior to the event due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case we will update the event webpage as soon as possible. We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event due to an unforeseen circumstance, Act of God or other circumstance which would make the running of the event impossible, illegal or impractical. Act of God circumstances include but are not limited to flood, fire, war, extreme weather or other emergency. ThinkTank Media is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event.

Sponsor and exhibitor terms and conditions

Once registered to exhibitor or sponsor an event, we will send an invoice within 48 hours. Our payments terms are 14 days from the date of booking. We do not charge surcharges for credit card payments. All payments must be received by the event date. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the event if payment has not been received.

Sponsor and exhibitor cancellations & substitutions

In the event you are unable to attend the event you are registered for, you may transfer your attendance to the following year with a minimum of three months notice. There will be no refunds given under any circumstances.
