At ThinkTank Media, we are committed to providing you with a safe learning environment, so that you can make the most of our events, learn, network and be inspired without concern.

With this in mind, we have developed a comprehensive COVID Safe policy which you can view below.

This policy is being reviewed constantly in line with the latest health recommendations, and will at all times go above and beyond the industry’s gold standard.

In addition, ThinkTank Media’s staff members have completed a Covid 19 infection control course and this training will be updated regularly upon government advice.

Hygiene and cleaning

We will be going above and beyond in providing additional cleaning measures in all common areas, as well as providing hand sanitiser throughout.

On-site registration

Registration at all ThinkTank events will be contact-free with the appropriate social distancing policies in place.

Catering

We will continue to fully cater our events, however our offering will be in line with health guidelines, including single serve options as necessary.

Seating

We will be working with our venues to ensure the appropriate separation in seating to give you all the space you need. Seating plans may also be considered if needed.

Contact tracing

All our events are fully ticketed and we ensure we gather all attendees’ contact details, in the event that we need to assist with contact tracing. Additional measures, such as seating plans, may be used, if appropriate at the time.
