Ronni Kahn AO is a social entrepreneur and founder of food rescue charity OzHarvest. Ronni is a passionate advocate and activist renowned for disrupting the food waste landscape in Australia.
She appears regularly in national media, serves in an advisory capacity to government and is a sought after keynote speaker. Her mission to fight food waste and feed hungry people is supported by some of the world’s finest chefs.
Ronni is an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) and was named Australian Local Hero of the Year. Her journey is the subject of a feature film, Food Fighter and her memoir; A Repurposed Life has recently been published
Kieran Flanagan is the co-founder of the Impossible Institute, a strategic think-tank that helps organisations make change positive and positive change. She is a speaker, trainer and author.
A rare female leader in the world of MadMen, Kieran was one of the youngest creative directors to lead an award-winning agency. She was behind the most successful product launch in Australian history, has headed up Australia’s premiere creative school, won awards all over the planet for her thinking and effectiveness and is on the faculty at Thought Leaders International.
Kieran has had her thinking published in over a hundred titles all over the globe. She has appeared on TV and radio. She was also recently voted as one of the USA’S C-suite speakers to look for.
Rachael’s work is in response to a massively growing demand in the business world to get real, practical tools backed up by solid theory from someone who has actually led, and led successfully.

Blythe Rowe, the founder & director of Human Incite, is widely recognised for her passion, energy & ability to shake things up. She spent many years on the other side of the fence in the corporate world in senior HR roles.
In 2012, she wrote her first book ‘Bullies, Blamers & Bludgers’. Since then she has travelled around the world, sharing her insights, inspiring action, revving-up productivity & performance within organisations.
Blythe is passionate about connecting & creating meaningful relationships both personally & professionally. Her enthusiasm is simply infectious. Blythe has delivered many masterclasses and keynote presentations at ThinkTank Summits over the last five years, and we’re really pleased to welcome her back this year, as summit MC.
Marcus is Co-founder and CEO of Luno, a leading global cryptocurrency company, with over 8 million customers in 43 countries and a team of over 400. Marcus previously worked in private equity, consumer and investment banking in Europe, Southeast Asia and Africa, for companies like Standard Chartered, Morgan Stanley and 3i. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and CFA charter holder.
Janice joined global cryptocurrency company, Luno, in May 2019 as Executive Assistant to the Co-founder and CEO. During her time working with Marcus, Janice relocated back to Melbourne at the end of 2020 after almost 7 years living in London and now supports him in a fully remote role.
Her experience as Executive Assistant extends over the last 12 years where she has worked side by side with senior leaders across technology, executive search and the sporting industry. Being an Executive Assistant is a career choice that Janice is very passionate about and aims to be an ambassador for the administrative profession through speaking at events (in London and Oslo), contributing to industry publications and championing the role inside each organisation, with the implementation of an internal EA/PA network during one of her roles in the UK.
John Hale is The Strategy Guy. For three decades, John has delivered over 100 presentations a year on the topics of strategy, leadership, technology and human performance. John has worked as an early-stage investor and advisor for twenty years. His clients include leaders from large and mid-sized companies to start-ups and public sector organisations.
As a Visiting and Adjunct Professor, John has taught strategy, leadership, entrepreneurship, project management and ethics at various institutions including Singapore Management University, Bond University and Melbourne Business School. John is the Principal of Hale Consulting Group and author of The Strategy Book, The Strategy Note and The Strategic Accountant.
Samantha is a highly experienced and respected technology trainer who works with education, business and government clients across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. She specialises in helping organisations make the most of their cloud collaboration platforms, including Google Workspace (G Suite) and (Microsoft) Office 365.
She is deeply passionate about helping people become more efficient, productive and organised. Samantha is well-known for her signature training style – delivering practical, relevant and easy-to-understand content with energy, enthusiasm and joy. You won’t get bored or lost in her training sessions!
So what does all this mean in practice? That Samantha LOVES helping people clean up their inboxes, organise their files, get in control of their task list and generally become more efficient in using their everyday tools.
Joanne Sanders has 15 years’ experience working across the media, theatre and entertainment industry in a variety of roles at the ABC, SBS, Screen NSW, Sydney Theatre Company and Actors Centre Australia from production assistant, team coordinator, front of house, business affairs to currently working as a senior executive assistant to the Managing Director at the ABC.
In addition to Joanne giving her all as an EA at the ABC, her career highlights include producing independent creative projects for her production company Illyria Productions, graduating with a Masters of Business Management exploring the challenges of leadership within the media industry in her thesis and spending two years working at the National Theatre and the Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in London. Joanne is also co-convenor of the NSW committee of Women in Media a nationwide initiative for women working in all facets of the media; a not-for-profit movement which provides mentoring programs and organises events for networking and professional development.
Dr Adrian Medhurst is an organisational psychologist and co-founder of Benny Button, a work-life wellbeing and performance business. Adrian is a speaker, author, educator, and thought leader specialising in performance psychology, wellbeing science, stress mastery, mindfulness, behavioural change, and innovation.
Adrian has authored the book “Meditate on This: The Science of Mindfulness” and has over 15 years spanning corporate consulting, university lecturing, and dedicated ongoing scientific research, study and practise. Adrian’s mission by day is to help people and forward-thinking leaders focus on what it takes to optimise wellbeing and performance. Also by day (as well as by night), Adrian is a devoted husband and father to his pride and joy little girl and boy. It is this kind of juggling act – what he calls ‘work-life agility’ – that Adrian is passionate about when it comes to supporting his clients to be at their best.
