In the event you are unable to attend this masterclass a replacement delegate may be sent in your place. Should you wish to cancel your registration we will refund your registration fee less an administration fee of $200 per registered delegate, providing we receive the cancellation in writing by fax or letter at least 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations received within 30 days of the masterclass, or non-attendance on the day, will not result in a refund.

All amounts quoted above are in Australian dollars.

Once registered, you will be sent an invoice for the appropriate amount, payable 14 days from invoice date, and a ticket. If you have paid by credit card when registering, you will be sent a tax invoice receipt. Tickets and invoices will be dispatched by email in PDF form unless you request otherwise. They will be sent within 24 hours of receiving your registration. Please bring a copy of your ticket with you on the day of the masterclass.
